One pot glass furnaces with feeder

Furnaces are designed for mechanical production of glass rods, canes and tubes. Pot furnaces and feeders are heated by gas/air mixture using a jet mixer to get the desired ratio and subsequent combustion of the mixture in high-speed burners. The combustion products flowing with high speed inside the furnace ensure an optimal heat transfer into the glass melt and total temperature homogeneity without local warming of pots or feeders. The output of burners is regulated automatically. Furnaces and feeders are lined with quality high-aluminium fireclay materials. They are efficiently insulated with expanded fireclay and ceramic fibre mats. Linings are tightened with a steel structure and jacketed with a cover plate. For easy pot exchange pot special extended blocks are used. The furnaces are supplied with cold glass pocket, which allows the retaining of leaked in glass melt and its subsequent evacuation. Combustion products are exhausted from the melting zone through the bottom into an exhaust flue and chimney.
