Jet mixers and regulators for Premix system
High-speed burners consist of a cast-iron flange, stainless injector and refractory burner block (up to 1500°C). The burners totally burn a premixed mixture. Security TESE heads, UV detectors and ignition VN equipment are a part of the Premix system. The burner has a short flame, high speed burning, it is resistant to pressure variation in the heating system, it works with a high convection and thus with a high heat transfer into the product. The burners and mixers have been approved by the State Testing Laboratory (SZÚ) Brno. The constant flow mixer serves for automatic mixing of the heating gas (NG, PB, propane) with air for IMR, TPM, IMPD, IMPGV, IMPLG, and IMPMR type high-speed burners at a constant ratio with the possibility to adjust a constant oxidation or reduction atmosphere and with the regulation range from 1 to 15.
